| General Overview | Erik Larsen could be described as a perennial nice guy, someone that wants to be liked—but will only go so far to achieve that. He is unquestionably one of the smartest people you will meet…he holds a PhD in quantum theory and has done high level weapons technology work for Starfleet, including the mark V quantum torpedo and the portal device. From a command standpoint, Erik down not believe in micromanagement. He gives his senior staff considerable autonomy in running their departments, as long as appropriate security and safety protocols are being followed. |
